The Shadow War is a 3D digital narrative exploring the hegemony of the U.S. dollar and the impacts of U.S. Treasury interest rate fluctuations on developing economies. Set in a fictional, resource-scarce, and politically fragmented continent—an allegory for economically disadvantaged nations—the work uses an unseen controlling force to symbolize the dollar-dominated financial order. The story of tribal leaders forming alliances reflects efforts to break currency dependence and achieve financial sovereignty. Through visual metaphors, symbolic environments, and strategic pacing, the project translates complex financial dynamics into a tangible narrative of conflict, resource struggles, and diplomatic negotiation.
